Oil leak on the highway from stationary car

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8146120.

There has been a car parked on Market Street just down from our house for some days and 2 or 3 days ago a considerable amount of engine oil has leaked from it onto the road. Someone has put a note on the windscreen to warn the owner of the leak but the note is still there after some days. We are concerned that the oil spill will cause pollution.
