Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8143129.

Ally between 19 and 21 Hawthorne street fly tipping lock on the gate has been broken for years and always left unlocked mostly by 19 Hawthorne street sick and tired of this full of weeds I'm the only one who clears it done it for years unfortunately i have been unwell and not able to do it this year
