Cycle counter box knocked over, potential obstruction to path

The cycle counter at the barrier at the start of the Peep O Day lane track has been knocked over, the base of its metal support pole knocked out of the ground. Last night it was deliberately placed across the path by the barrier, causing an obstruction that could be particularly hazardous in the dark.
