The road is a mess of lines and potholes

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8141292.

The stretch of road from the newly laid tarmac to the traffic lights near the railway bridge is a mess of indistinguishable road markings and potholes. Some of the potholes have been half repaired (making them a different kind of dangerous to cyclists). Some road marking have attempted to be painted over. In the dark and wet, these are indecipherable from the intended current markings making a spaghetti soup of nonsense. Please repair the road and marking properly for the safety of all road users.
