Potholes increasing along the public side of entrance to 15 and 19 Willow Lane. Has been getting worse and was not fixed when other works were carried out in the street. Is now becoming a trip hazard for pedestrians.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 12 days.
