Blocked drain outside 38 Harcourt Road

This drain has been blocked for many months but In torrential rain 1430 8 Sept, rain water coming down Branksome Road could not flow away at this drain so came across the road camber towards our house at 35 Harcourt Road, immediately opposite the Branksome Road hill. We are concerned that without clearing this drain and road gutters heavy run off rain will encroach on to downwards slope driveway of 35 Harcourt Road and into our house.
