Hazardous Road Crossing For Children & Adults

I've observed on several occations children crossing Bevan Road, on their way to Glebelands School, whilst car drivers are exceeding to 20mph speed limit. My Granddaughter, trying to cross with other schoolbound children, had to quickly return to the kerb, after checking for cars, to avoid being hit by a speeding car. Cars also park inconsiderately, thus blocking a clear view of the road. Parking restrictions are required, speed bumps and a Pelican crossing, before a tragic fatal accident occurs.
