  These drains are on Hall Lane, opposite Cedar Lane. Both of these drains were significantly blocked after the last heavy rain downpour and took a couple of days if not more to soak away. One in particular, which is next to the telegraph pole would not take hardly any rain water and therefore water was across one side of the road and blocking it

• Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.
