Broken drain cover

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8137125.

The drain cover is broken and was on the road, have put it back in the drain but still loose and very dangerous for both pedestrians and potentially also for cars.

    I managed to put it back in place but it will probably be like it again later. There's not street lights here, it's extremely dangerous.
