I rang Essex Highways after 3 weeks to ask why still no action & they said because it's a main road the out of hours team periodically drive along there to see if it's quiet enough to stop & use cherry picker but after several visits they still haven't been able to stop but haven't made any plans to request traffic management & will just continue to drive by occasionally & hope they can do it! How ridiculous & very unsafe for the elderly residents of the estate affected by this outage. It has been out at least 5 weeks now.

I have given up, Essex Highways clearly don't appear to consider this a priority as its now more than 3 months since it was reported & nothing has been done despite the detrimental effect it has on local residents safety after dark
