Blocked public road way along Hillside Avenue drains backing up during heavy down pours washing away road surface on Meadow Lane private road way

Several drains along the Hillside road are are blocked and excess water during heavy down pours has caused flooding down into Meadow lane causing damage to the private roadway of Meadow lane NR70QX.

Highways people arrived and brushed the tarmac road surface excess sanded away… Threy trimmed some bushes adjacent to the area and that’s it… Drains remain uncleared and the washed away private driveway surface is extremely dangerous for pedestrians as it is a public thoroughfare this has created a trip hazard and is of serious concern to the 90 yr old gentleman who actually owns the property and has to walk across it to get out of his home…
