Excessive speeding

Over the past 4 days there have been three occasions where a car or van has skidded to a stop as they have come down the hill (trip terrace) on to Pentre road and nearly hit vehicles driving up Pentre road (from the main road). This seems to be worse since the rain has come back and all the vehicles have nearly been involved in an accident. This is a busy area with lots of parked cars, pedestrians visiting the care home, the church and general traffic so some sort of speed deterrent is needed to stop the cars from speeding down trip terrace.
