• No work has been carried out on this defect which I reported September 2025. This defect has got worse. Please can you inform me when the issue might have some work done on it.

• Apologies but I am not really sure what the above comment means, the defect has not had any work done to it so not sure what “made safe” means. If anything the road has got worse since I reported last year. Please could you explain in simple terms what is being done to rectify this issue.
