Roadworks staff left their Sticky Mixed Road Material at Malvern Close car park.

There was a roadwork at the Belmont way & Wellington Road North Junction, started in March 2016. Roadwork staff put their Road Material at Malvern Close (cul de sac) Car park. Its been more than three weeks since they have completed their Roadwork. They have removed caution signs but left roadwork material as a rubbish for us. Please remove this sticky black mixed material from here because it is spreading around & it should not be here. Please clean our car park. I have attached the pictures of it. Thank you.
