Vegetation blocking pavement

The boundary of the Southfield golf course along Hollow Way has grown over the pavement along the majority of it. This includes brambles which are face height. Recently a small section of vegetation was removed and replaced by a metal fence. This highlights the actual problem wonderfully. This needs urgent attention. At some points it's down to single file and it is quite a wide pavement. Surely the golf course should maintain this back to their property line.
