Overflowing bins and flytipping

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8128436.

The residents at 46 Alpine Road consistently have bins overflowing attracting rats, foxes and mice. There is now excrement spread around the area. There is also rubbish flowing out onto the street. Its has been like this for a very long time but has got worse in the last week
