This commercial vehicle is constantly parking on the pavement overnight and blocking the pavement so difficult for me (disabled) to get past as well as others with mobility issues or prams etc. also damaging all the pavements

Updates

Council not interested they are happy for cars to park on the pavement and damaging them so our tax’s go up. They are also happy for disabled people and mothers with prams to have to go onto the road. Not their problem phone the police who say not our problem phone the council.
