There is an abandoned tent and general litter scattered throughout St. James's Garden. I walked through the Cemetery on Wednesday and I was so appalled with it's state that I returned on Thursday and spent an hour litter picking myself. I managed to a fill a large rubbish bag but there is still loads there. It's looks it hasn't been cleaned in weeks or even months!
