Crossing covered in mud and water

The entrance to the traffics lights over the A45 that run parallel to South View are covered in mud and when it rains the water sits there. It’s is so slippery. You could easy slide on the mud that is there and end up in the road. The traffic lights are also on for a really short length of time which when trying to cross and miss the puddles you are rushing across the road. If there is a drain it’s blocked. Look at what is growing where they should be a path to see how long it has been this bad for.
