The owner of this van moved into one of the flats that belongs to Unity housing illegally. He has been packing this van in front of my flat. The space is not for packing, the van is obstructing other vehicles from going in and out of the estate. Please I want it removed.

The owner of this van has taken possession of the space in front of my flat window as parking space. It is illegal for a van of this size to be parked outside the flat of Ancestor Close. It’s obstructing vehicles from entering and leaving the estate.
