• Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.

• The slip road from the A422 into Banbury Lane (used regularly) is badly damaged with significant potholes (many) on the join of the two roads). This is a danger to all the staff,. volunteers and clients that are visiting the Dogs for Good site at the Frances Hay centre
