Reported via mobile in the Roads category anonymously at 15:33, Fri 5 September 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8124965.

Very deep depression in the road causing houses to shake non stop likely causing long term damage. Very dangerous as buses and Lorries jump around after driving over the depression along with bikes. Likely to cause an accident very soon

  • Since the repair was made it was better for about 2 weeks and the houses stopped shaking. However as time has gone on the depression has come back and although it’s not quite as bad the houses are still shaking every time a bus or truck goes up or down. Could this be flagged with the contractor for review as it seems like poor workmanship?

  • I agree with the last persons comment. The repair wasn’t integrated very well and so there is still a depression and houses are continuing to shake. Needs to be looked into more before extensive damage
