Failing edge of carriageway (westbound)

The carriageway on this section of road is falling to pieces. It is has been patches before they are crumbling away. Cars are driving in the middle of the road to avoid the edges which is a significant safety concern as it is on a ridge and therefore not always possible to see cars coming in the other direction. It is an accident waiting to happen.
