Terrible road surface, dangerous
Reported via mobile in the Pothole category anonymously at 08:14, Fri 5 September 2025
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8122194.
Reported previously, the council said they would take action within 28 days which has failed to happen. Please actually do something about this, as it is getting worse with rain & cars coming on the line/wrong side of the road.
Very very poor road surface with what seems like a very sunken part on the left as you go toward Chalgrove, going over a little brook. This seems very dangerous as it dips down significantly only on the left hand side and need to go into the other lane to avoid it. The road surface is shocking, third world country level. Failed tens of times and patched terribly so now the whole road is made from patches which will inevitably fail within only a few months
Please fix this properly.
