Poor tarmac repairs have been pulled up

Due to the wet weather, the poorly repaired cracks and potholes have shed their tarmac. This section of road between the traffic lights has heavy vehicles (lorries, vans, suvs) pulling up all the tarmac that were only applied a few months ago. It also floods here, clearly an ongoing drainage issue and poor camber allows water to sit. There are other potholes and splits that have never been repaired on both sides of the road and it's been like this for years.
