Rattling drain on cut-de-sac road

Since the houses were built there is a rattling drain when cars drive over it. We live on wallflower close and our house backs onto sunflower close, everytime I car drives in or out of the cut-de-sac they drive over the drain and it sounds horrific as it echoes and rattles. Wakes us up during the night if a car drives through. The houses were built 2022 and I hadn’t noticed it at first but the last 6 months it’s definitely got worse.
