Speeding/HGV causing house to vibrate

2 Issues related to speed

1. When HGVs come along this road above 30mph it causes the house to rattle and vibrate. I have cracks in the plasterboard and some of my skirting has come away on walls backing to the main road. These vibrations have also caused the hinges on my door to move causing damage to doors and the surrounds

2. Given the straight through nature of the road Police/Idiots in fast cars use this to hurl their vehicles down the road causing significant noise post 11pm
