Drain Grate Badly Blocked / Obstructed
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8119045.
The drainage grate on this drain is badly blocked / obstructed by a large build-up of vegetation debris that has washed/run into the area covering it up during heavy rainfall.
This is preventing surface water from being able to drain away and as such a small river of water forms and flows along the edge of the road during heavy rainfall.
Please can the obstruction / blockage to the drain grate be cleared away.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.
