Reporting this drain again for I think the 5th time this year.

As can be seen it is blocked or at least the outlet pipe is heavily obstructed as every time there is heavy rainfall the chamber is full of water, and it backs up and overflows down the hill.

Please can this drain be vacuumed sucked clean and then the outlet pipe jetted, and it tested to ensure that it is clean and can handle the surface run off water from heavy rainfall.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.
