Client has reported that the drain is damaged and blocked and despite being pumped it is still retaining water and is flooding private property please can this be looked into previously reported last year no resolve.

Investigation: Completed (Reported to another department within WNC), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.
