Speed limit

Twice this week I have nearly had an accident pulling out of driveway due to other car users driving too fast down Carlton lane, the speed limit goes from national speed to 30mph but people tend to carry on at national speed limit I think the 30mph should start further up the road before all the houses so gives cars chance to slow down instead of using it as a race track.
