A327 flooding

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8117314.

This area of the A327 usually floods during heavy rain, thereby forcing traffic from Fleet towards the M3 having to encroach on the other side of the road. It seems pretty obvious that drains need proper clearing. My location is approximate on this stretch as it is not easy to stop and get a precise location.
