Blocked Drain Backing Up

Reported via desktop in the Blocked/Damaged category anonymously at 22:56, Wed 3 September 2025

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8116191.

The drain at the end of High Street at the T-Junction with the A5 is very badly blocked causing water to back up and form very large puddles at the edge of the road.

The verge has also been eroded away and damaged and there are multiple deep potholes around the drain which means it is raised up with it's ironwork edges displaying.

Drain needs vacuum sucking and then the road surface needs repair with kerb stones installed to rebuild the verge and stop it from collapsing again.
