Soul Town flyposter on traffic signal, High St Beckenham jct Manor Rd

The Soul Town Festival company that is hiring Beckenham Recreation Ground from Bromley Council on 6/9/25 is also flyposting on street furniture.
Please fine this company and withdraw permission for this event being advertised by criminal processes.
Flyposting is a criminal offence.
I attach a photo of their flyposter on a traffic signal at the junction of High St, Beckenham and Manor Rd (also a conservation area) seen today 3/9/25 and one previously reported a week ago in Croydon Rd, Beckenham on a lamp column.
Flyposting of the Soul Town Festival took place last year eg. on traffic lights and lamp columns in Anerley Rd.
If Bromley Council and IdVerde parks contractor are profiting from Soul Town Festival, part of those profits are being made from flyposting, a criminal offence.
