Blue van obstracting access
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8115636.
Blue van had parked on the pavement obstructing access with a pram. The woman was so rude and arrogant as if it was her right to abstract access. I was forced to walk in the road with my toddler in the pram. There were other cars parked on double yellows on the side of where the blue van was parked. Van delivery or collections seem to have the right to endanger pedestrians and are arrogant with it.
