Urgent Complaint – Homeless Encampment Under Stairwell at De Beauvoir Estate

A homeless person has been living under the stairwell by the river next to De Beauvoir Estate for the past two weeks, leaving rubbish and litter everywhere. The stairwell has been completely taken over, it is unhygienic, eyesore, & residents are concerned
