Two eyesores and HSE risks along great western road

Both of these, the old phone box and the old cash machine serve no purpose. They are covered in graffiti, they are a hangout for drug addicts and the phone box even has human waste in it. They have been this way for a long time. The cash machine is a clear safety concern iv seen kids climb inside. The phone box is an environmental concern at this stage with all the urine and feaces inside. Please! Remove these immediately.
