Excess rubbish and dead foliage

Reported via mobile in the Removal of Weeds category anonymously at 16:54, Wed 3 September 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8114841.

The condition of the land adjacent to the walkway on Queen Charlton Lane, between Maes Knoll Drive and Sleep Lane is disgusting. There’s a large build up of dead foliage caused by whoever was responsible for cutting it back from the path just dumped it, without taking it away properly! There are also bin bags and other unsightly rubbish just thrown onto this verge. The whole lot needs clearing and disposed of in a proper manner. At the moment this whole stretch of lane is an eyesore and an embarrassment in an otherwise very respectable area!! This has been in this state for many months and should be looked at urgently.
