This bin has not been emptied for a few weeks. It is overflowing and some rubbish has fallen on the pavement. This path is frequently used by children going to school and could turn into a health hazard. Path running alongside Highdown Secondary school and Surely Row/ Chaucer Close, Emmer Green.
