This is the 3rd time I am reporting this problem. The drain is blocked outside 145 The Avenue, and it is causing flooding on the pavement out side our house, plus the house next door and the house next to them too! Once the water is gone, it is leaving a sloppy, slippery and muddy surface on the path. This is unsafe and my young Grandson has already fallen over because of this.
