Block road storm drain

Very time it rain the road storm drain backs up and floods the road and pathway , making it dangerous for pedestrians and cyclists to pass the roadway next to the drain has also got deep holes in the road , also does help that cars think it’s funny to drive through as fast as they can even though it’s 20mph road , this fault as been reported 4/5 times before, and not solved the Problem, they just look sit in there van for 10mins then drive off
