Road layout/management / congestion at Hall Road Business Park, Norwich

Ongoing traffic congestion & poor flow at the mini-roundabout that serves as the main exit for Hall Road Business Park in Norwich. Since the opening of several new shops & services in the area, traffic has significantly increased, & in the current layout cannot cope with the demands of visitors & workers. Vehicles consistently block exits, causing complete standstills & posing risks to both drivers & pedestrians. This issue not only creates frustrations but could become dangerous, especially at peak times. A simple solution such as yellow box junctions, one way systems or even signalised exits could massively help traffic flow.
