Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8112121.
The owner has not cut back the bushes that are now over hanging the public footpath and the bus stop. two people cannot pass now unless one steps into Springfield Road which is a now a busy road due to the A43 roadworks.

Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
