Brambles overgrowing and flytipping

The brambles are overgrowing on the land behind 6 Dermot St, St Paul's, Bristol BS2 9NU. Stinging nettles and other brambles constantly overgrow and its getting difficult to maintain as they are growing very high. Something also needs to be put in place so they don't keep overgrowing.
