Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8111144.

Car been like that since yesterday. It’s parked out from the pavement too. Owner filling rust parts has done thus before. He thinks cause he has a disability badge he can do as he wants. I have approached him before about this but he’s very intimidating. It’s 28 Hayburn street and a burgundy citron car with private registration
