The patch of land behind the Acregate Labout club on Warner Road.

Reported in the Street cleaning category anonymously at 13:07, Mon 18 April 2016

Sent to Preston City Council 3 minutes later

There is constant littering and overgrown grass on this patch of land which no-one is looking after; it is attracting flytipping (microwave, large cardboard boxes, old toys, etc.) There is also regular dog fouling. Children play on this site every day and there have also been reports of large rats from the neighbours. It is a health hazard for so many reasons. This has been the case for many months as it is by-passed by street cleaners. The grass is also neglected and not cut by PCC staff. Please confirm who is responsible for the up-keep of this land as residents do not have the time nor the equipment to keep it clear and hygienic. Please also arrange for litter to be picked regularly and overgron plants and grass to be cut. Many thanks.
