Van parking on Pavement blocking access

This van in constantly parked here blocking the path so if a person with a buggy or wheelchair or motability scooter or children can not get past and would have to enter the road to pass.

  • I'm really not sure why I keep getting asked the same question when a vehicle is still being parked here and parents with buggies and older people with walking aids are having to walk in the road to get past this irresponsible driver who leaves there vehicle here ever day.
