There is no space between the vehicle and the garden fence for pedestrians to use the public footpath. I have a neighbour who is a childminder and uses pushchairs........she is unable to use this footpath when taking children to the school around the corner.

This vehicle hasn't moved in over 2 weeks. The owner lives over the road from me..... he has a drive with nothing parked on it. The vehicle is a massive obstruction to pedestrians.

  • This vehicle is still fully parked on the pavement. It hasn't moved in over a month now. Please could somebody let me know what is happening about this matter.
