As reported annually, the trees have again grown over the light. Kids back at school and it's dangerously dark on that road.

Trees need cutting back again. It is dangerously dark for pedestrians. If anyone trips over roots, hit by cars at junction, gets mugged, the Council will be liable. Main route for kids getting to their schools (which is meant to be a safe route).
