Noisy Metal Hatch in Road

The metal access hatch at the junction of North Gardner Street and Highburgh Road is loose and makes a loud noise as it moves when any vehicle drives over it. As it is constantly moving under the pressure of road vehicles it will eventually further damage the road surface and potentially collapse.
